@joemerteshas been the key piece to making IPP go from the jump. From mean frt5's to being the right hand man in all design aspects. It's Joe that touches all graphic treatments before they go to the factory. He lays out insta, FB images, helps create ads, types, icons, board graphics, and assets for web. Truly a head who's collaboration is part of our backbone. Joe moved west after high school landing in @bear_mountainquickly aligning with a group of upstart filmers and riders. Parts in Bear movies of the next few years as well as the infamous Sunday in the Parks edits help carve out his space in snowboarding as it came into its own. Add some seasons in Utah and filming in the street in the Midwest. He's truly touch all aspects of riding.
